Credible reports have informed this medium that one Agnes Sillah, a strong advocate against the female genital mutilation life is in serious danger.

The report added that stakeholders  commonly referred to as ‘Soweis’ of the female ‘Bondo’ society at Dodo Panguma, Kenema District in the Eastern region of the Republic of Sierra Leone are desperately searching and baying for her blood.

It is reported that Agnes, has been a critical advocate against the harmful practices of ‘Bondo’ culture and its ripple effects on young girls and women that have passed through the rigors of the orthodox method of initiation.

Agnes, report disclosed to this medium has mounted several campaigns and sensitization messages in order to discourage young girls not to venture into ‘Bondo’ society’s crude initiation practice.

Sources told this medium that Agnes had long been preaching about the dangerous effect that has affect initiates for a life time.

According to our findings, Agnes report say allegedly entered into the ‘Bondo’ bush and set free initiates who were on the verge of initiation. Report further added that at the time of her entry, one initiates mysteriously died during the crude process.

Inside sources disclosed to this medium that it was due to the horrible scenario that prompted Agnes to react angrily by setting free all initiates.

‘Bondo’ stakeholders reacted angrily against Agnes for setting free initiates and considered her action as a taboo and violation of the ‘Bondo’ culture.

Traditionally it is forbidden for anyone, to enter a ‘Bondo’ bush and set free initiates prior to the completion of a ceremony.

The ‘Bondo’ stakeholders claimed that Agnes has no authority whatsoever to set free anyone within the confines of their ‘Bondo’ bush; more so when a traditional initiation ceremony was ongoing.

They accused Agnes of bringing shame and dishonor to their society; and declared in an angry tone that the penalty for such disloyal action is for the culprit to undergo the deadly re-initiation.

Sources added that Stakeholders are of the view that these escaped initiates have the potential of exposing their secrets, all due to Agnes’ action of aiding and abetting them.

An in-depth investigation conducted by this medium based on statistical data revealed that 99.9% of re-initiation victims have never survived the hazardous method applied on them.

Re-initiation is a retributive justice for anyone found guilty for a crime committed against the ‘Bondo’ society.

Intelligent report monitored by this medium has revealed that, Bondo stakeholders are desperately searching for Agnes and have vowed to stop at nothing rather than to see her demise.

Other reports have also informed this medium that family members have come under series of attack by ‘Bondo’ stakeholders who alleged that they know the exact whereabouts of Agnes. They further claimed that, the family was part of the ploy with Agnes to set free initiates.

The exact location of Agnes is unknown since her disappearance alongside the ‘Bondo’ initiates on that fateful day.
