The Wise Bird has been following almost all the activities of the just concluded Tripartite Committee during its formation, that is when the Committee started working and during its conclusion.

The brave bird noticed a lot of abnormalities in the work of the tripartite committee and among them are: insincerity, lack of unity among members, particularly on the side of the APC as a party.

The Wise Bird is very much knowledgeable about committees, inquiries and Commissions.

The first thing those forming the Committee, Commission or Inquiry would first put in place is to set up the committee terms of reference.

It was and still no secret that, the first thing the International Community did was to put down the terms of reference as to how the tripartite Committee should work.

The most respected animal was part of the Beccles Davies and the Thompson Davies  Commission of Inquiries during the days of the NPRC as they were investigating the APC on their 21 year in power.

Going fast forward from the 1990s to the recent past, before the start of the Committee, the All People’s s Congress (APC) party was told in clear terms that, there was not going to be a re-run of the June 24, 2023 elections that was made to them.

The Wise Bird understood exactly what the moral guarantors meant by that, but from the look of things the APC deliberately failed to understand and went ahead to deceiving its supporters.

According to reliable, source the Tripartite Committee was formed primarily to make reforms on Electoral laws from 2007-2023 in order to avoid future rigging of elections in the country.

But the APC Executive deliberately failed to explain to its supporters, instead they went ahead telling their supporters that there would be a possible re-run of the elections.

The people were misled by the APC Executive by way of not telling them the actual situation on ground; the people were expecting a possible re-run of the elections on the conclusion of the tripartite committee.

Because of the lies by the APC Executive, the people are very angry because the truth was never told to them as to the correct terms of reference of the Tripartite Committee.

The situation now becomes very much uncontrollable as the people no longer have confidence in the Executive.

The bird contacted some senior APC members; they said all the Committee members are just a bunch of liars and so these bunch of liars have succeeded in deceiving the people of Sierra Leone especially their followers to their gravesites
