The Waterloo Police division has on Tuesday 6th May, 2023 arrested two men and one woman including a Ghanaian national for unlawful possession of dried leaves known to be cannabis sativa (Jamba) at 13 Paw Paw Road, Waterloo.

According to the media team attached to the Waterloo Police division, the operation team raided their house and discovered large quantity of cannabis sativa being stored in rubber drums.

The Waterloo operations team discovered other items such as cannabis compressor machine, bags of imported fertilizers, water pumping machine and some assorted items used in the cultivation and processing of the dried leaves called cannabis sativa were arrested and taken to the Waterloo police and treated as exhibit.

However, all three suspects including the foreign national are currently under police custody helping with investigation.
