Life in the city is gradually becoming disabled or lifeless with the epileptic supply of electricity.

The frequent power outage is largely affecting important places including but not limited to hospitals and other related life supporting facilities like hotels business places, entertainment centers and factories thus impacting all economic activities.

This and other social vices are further making life very unbearable for the already suffering population who mostly depend on daily activities for taking care of their families through constant electricity supply to enable them sell their goods like cold pure drinking water, ice blocks, assorted drinks, ginger beer, yoghourt and others.

“The situation has also given leeway to criminals who mostly carryout their nefarious activities under the cover of darkness. This is becoming a worrisome situation,” a concerned citizen stated.

Many citizens with reference to city dwellers lamented that they are pessimistic about the second term of President Bio in relation to energy supply which they said government is treating with a pinch of salt.

The people are concern because they believe that constant electricity supply will actualize President Bio’s ‘Big Game Changer phenomenon” which is why they are stressing and soliciting government to exert all effort for constant electricity supply within Freetown and its environs
