Police Inspector Francis M. Tommy the operation official at the Lumley police west division  and his boss LUC Moijueh Kai Kai are house hold names in that part of the city of Freetown for their emasculate job.

Those who are living in that of the city are pleased with the performance of these two hard working police personnel who are working round the clock for 24 hours to curb crime rate in that environ which is considered by many people in the city as the hub of the city that is concentrated with hotels and sensitive structures that needs water tight security protection. And because of the significant nature of this Division only a sober minded, patriotic and dedicated police personnel can effectively and efficiency operate in that area. In fact, many city dwellers have confidence in the west for their maximum security than any other part of the country which is why the moment they are elevated in life they consider the west as safe ground to live.
