Ahead of a crucial World Cup qualifier, the Sierra Leonean native and Chelsea center-back Trevoh Chalobah has secured a first call-up for the England national team.
The call-up has been deemed historic in the defender’s career as he prepares to make his senior debut under new manager Thomas Tuchel.
Trevoh sadly sidestepped Sierra Leone on multiple times in the pursuit to join the national team, Leone Stars.
Meanwhile, England football authorities confirmed Chalobah’s inclusion in the squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifier against Andorra on June 7, tied with a friendly match against Senegal at Wembley with the decision of the player.
Though, some football pundits and supporters were highly dismayed with the player’s decision.
