It is well established that since the APC party did not maintain its victory due to whom many describe as inept leader, who was the party’s flagbearer, Dr. Samura Kamara, since his appointment, many APCians became perplexed and disillusioned as this was not the party they had known prior to now.

Many were with the views that, Dr. Samura Kamara would have exhibited a sense remorse for having deceiving the nation.

Yet he turned out to become a cankerworm, as he is described, within the party by disseminating derogatory messages to the executive through by his so-called social media bloggers.

This resulted to so many comrades within the party becoming inactive to withstand and speak truth to power.

The only leader who’ve  broken the spell and opened the pandora box is the Opposition Chief Whip, Hon. Abdul Karim Kamara.

This gentleman safeguard the neck of the party as well as executive members  being tagged cause to the fiasco of Dr. Samura Kamara and others.

As it is, the executive has deemed it necessary to engage the nation with a message of peace and unity as the benchmarks for the progress of the party.

During their visit in the North-West region; Kambia and Portloko Districts, Opposition Chief Whip continued to reaffirm his commitment to the party that  he is ever ready to speak truth to power.

He emphasized that when he started to call on members of the party, especially those who were part of the tripartite committee, then, to provide authentic information, many supporters, specifically those that were tong-tied to the unrealistic electoral justice unleashed inflammatory messages against his personality and as a leader with abundance passion for the party, he did not take the back seat but to set the records straight.

He noted that now he is full of enthusiasm as his  prophesy has come to reality as those whom he mentioned have come out and let the dog out of the cat.

” APC party is our home”, he noted this statement as the party is bigger than anyone and as leaders they should regarded it as a dwelling place for all. He maintained that they are not going to allow any set of unscrupulous individuals to hold the party into ramsome as there is no alternative rather the APC party.

He furthered to express his gratitude to the party executive for their relentless efforts to protect the lives of comrades, especially Hon . Bai Mamoud Bangura who has been incarceration for almost a year.

He reiterated that since the exculpation of Hon. Bai Mamoud Bangoura, he officially handed him over to the executive as they should take him as their next of kin with whom majority are well pleased.

As per tradition, he presented to the executive, a bag of raw-rice, one jerry can palm oil and dozens of kola nuts as that is to justify humility and respect.
