As Lone Rock Premier League gathers monument, East End Lions, overwhelmed the league leaders Bo rangers to a 1-0 at the Southern Arena in Bo city.

Lions fought hard to stop the Elephants long unbeatable record at their home ground field despite the visiting team encountered some setbacks.

However, the southern reigning champions still top the table with 29 points out of 13 matches played so far in this year’s campaign.

Lions suffered their second defeat of the season-having lost 1-0 to Bai Bureh Warriors in December 2023.

However, their talisman player, Yakuba Koroma scored the only goal for the Killers, and so they’ve secured their third win of the season.

As a result, EE Lions moved up three places to eleventh position in the Premier League with 16 points.

In the previous season, Bo Rangers lost a home match on March 5th 2022, when Ports Authority defeated the defending champions 1-0.
