It is often said that institutions are not made by themselves but rather people made institutions to become better and to stand on better grounds which help towards a better economic growth and good governance.
On this note such institutions should have the right caliber of person.
Appointing or imposing the wrong person that doesn’t match to the will of the people or colleagues at that institution will lead to
the collapse of that institution.
It is clear that there is vacancy announcement a month ago for the position of Deputy Clerk of Parliament which this media has been monitoring closely. Interviews have been conducted and all eyes are on a waiting to see the job given to the right person that has proven wits and not the one judged by their self-imposture.
