Bra Parrot is not a politician; notwithstanding the wise bird always lives with those claiming to be politicians, and many a time the wise bird gives sorts of advice to politicians not necessarily supporting them in their political activities.

The wise bird is doing so because the brave bird wants to see that the democratic process is in place.

The wise bird has noticed that almost all the registered political parties in the country are not united including the ruling SLPP party.

It is no secret that a divided house will never see the light at the end of the day; plus, minus that house will never succeed in whatever its members are doing.

This directly goes to the Main Opposition, the All People’s Congress (APC) party if, and only if the APC wants to succeed, they should put aside the blame game that is presently within the party structure – this is not only for APC but also for all other parties.

The brave bird is focusing on the APC because it is the main opposition and it’s the only opposition party now active, and in existence apart from the ruling SLPP.

From what the wise bird has observed in recent time is that the very leadership of the party is not united; they have a lot of cracks within the party.

The only way the party will be united is for the leadership to be first united before coming down to the supporters.

The wise bird is of the view that in the process of struggling many hands are needed to fight a common course for the institution to stand firm.

Even when a good number of people had been saying that the June, 2023 general election was full of controversies, but let’s say for argument sake, if the election was indeed rigged and all senior members were speaking in one voice, it should have been completely a different scenario because even the blind had seen it all coming during the election, believing that that was the method in which the election was conducted.

The wise bird will not even attempt to answer anyone who will attempt to ask the brave bird how did the bird come to know about the fact that the APC party is not united when even though he is not with them?

Apart from the brave bird, will any other person needs to use a microscope to see what is happening within the parties’ structures including the ruling SLPP?

The wise bird went out as usual to get the views of people, and all those the wise bird spoke to had expressed dismay over the leadership of the APC party and even other parties in the country.

Some of the members the wise bird spoke to even said that at present the APC party is completely divided, others were telling the brave bird about the formation of what they called team ‘A’ in the party.

From the observation of the wise bird, a good number of senior members of the party have lost confidence in the current leadership.

What again the wise bird has observed is that at the moment only one political party is in existence but all the others have gone to sleep thus waiting for political bells to ring for them to be able to wake-up.

The wise bird will love to see when the sleeping political parties will be awake to take part in political activities in the country.
