The situation in which the APC party has found itself is being described by an MP that it is causing some supporters to grow ambivalent feelings of aloof owing to the party’s lost of vibrancy of late.
“APC is not the party they used to know,” they said.
They blame social media users for the current problems of the party.
Others are with the opinions that the media should be the most powerful tool to canvass and propagate the good deeds of the party to the world, but they said, the inverse occurs.
Since 2018 when the party lost governance things have turned social media bloggers become cankerworms by disseminating hateful speeches against senior members.
They blame social media users of blackmailing key politicians in the party.
The APC bloggers have accused issue Opposition Leader and Chief Whip in Parliament that they recently traveled with President Bio to America to help him in lobbying for the MCC Compact, Millennium Challenge Corporation, US development agency to countries in Africa.
They said the citizen journalists never had cross- checked and double-check information regarding the goings about President Bio and others to US.
This has also established the fact that those guys are only focusing on framing workaholic comrades as that would further pervert their efforts of them to alleviate the party for the common good.
Condemning the act, Hon. Abdul Karim Kamara, has robustly come in the open to distance such actions as premature.
Some social users have accused Hon Abdul Karim Kamara as traitor to the party.
Kamara said he is among the few comrades that have sacrificed for the party relentlessly.
Others have described him as fearless politician standing up for the APC coming to power.
But many see an an open enemy to Dr. Samura Kamara.
The MP hails from Kambia District and is known to have largely influenced support for APC party there.
“This is not business as usual; it is time to set the pace so that the party can regain its past glory,” he said.
