Citizens and some members of the public have informed this medium that Hon Chericoco is too prominent to hide or travel clandestinely out of the country.

According to these citizens, Chericoco has worked for Sierra Leone and has gained prominence in public and in political space in Sierra Leone politics and so he should always relate to the public when taking up official duties.

Hon Chericoco has served as Member of Parliament for four consecutive terms, and has served as Deputy Speaker, Leader of Opposition and is the running mate of APC presidential Dr Samura Kamara.

Others love him for  he has sacrificed for the APC and has been able to handle the affairs of the APC with care and with deep respect shown to fellow politicians.

The All People’s s Congress  (APC) party members and supporters could recall then how of late Hon Chernor Ramadan Maju Bah aka Chericoco had often been the subject of rumours and speculation in the country.

For nearly a year now, some social media bloggers have been spreading information about the politicians what some stakeholders of the APC believe to be false news.

The recent of all is the baseless and fabricated stories about Chericoco that he had embarked on secretive trips to Nigeria, France and USA.

They’ve even whispered about deals made behind closed doors by the politician.

Yet, time and again, these stories have proven to be untrue.

Most informed  Sierra Leone answers have percieved these rumors as baseless and untrue which are only meant to tarnish the hard-won reputation of Hon Chernor Ramadan Maju Bah.

However, recently, the narrative has shifted a bit on his.

Hon Chericoco, who has often been elusive about his travels, finally made a formal and well-documented journey abroad.

This time, there are no rumours but only facts are established.

Photos of him meeting with Sierra Leoneans, Members of the APC diaspora and attending photo of him at a high-profile event organized by Sierra Leoneans and APC were all over social media a  week ago.

This move by Hon Chericoco to engage Sierra Leoneans and the APC supporters is now a done and dusted affair, thus leaving no room for speculations.

Hon Chericoco trip to the USA has become a talk of the town not because of the fake news being spread about him by bloggers.

Bloggers are silent over the matter of Chericoco going secretively in the United States America. They are silent because of the undeniable evidence which is available for anyone to see – – the video travel documentary.

In a world where misinformation often clouds the truth, this journey marks a rare moment where reality has outshone falsehood.

He travel when necessary and does things at the right time and place.

The living politician is not an ostrich burying his head in the sand while leaving his body exposed.
