The Member of Parliament from Kailahun District, Hon. Hindolo Ngevao says President Julius Maada Bio’s first term in governance was interrupted through and through.
He cited the August 10 protest and the November 26th Coup, which he said, resulted to the government to become ungovernable within the last five six years.

The Kailahun MP said let Sierra Leoneans Bio to work.
He asked if people are not giving the President the chance to work, “how do they expect steady progress.”
He stated that violence never builds a nation and has urged all to join the President in building the nation.
Making his submissions, the MP from Kono District, Hon Simeon Johnny said Sierra Leone should be happy with the leadership of President Bio especially as he has strengthened the healthcare and education sector in the country.
Hon Johnny has furthered that in order to show leadership commitment in transforming Sierra Leone in the health sector, Maada Bio and his government are now exporting health workers as expatriates to other countries.
He said such development show the quality and determination of the President to further showcase Sierra Leone that it is in better footing.
The Kono MP lampooned those who always talked about the travels of the President which he defended as having yielded more results.
He revealed that through the President several travels the Magburaka Government Secondary School is now under serious rehabilitation.
He said through the President travels the country has secured the 480 million Dollars compact.
He lauded the strive by the Bio regime to raise the bar of development in the country.
The MP from Kailahun District, Hon Emilia Lolloh Tongi also buttressed on the need to acclaim the President for his marvelous work over the years.
To castigating the President, he warned, is not fair but it only tells dishonesty from the side of the opposition MPs.
She maintained that President Julius Maada Bio has done so much for Sierra Leone which she said he is worthy to be applauded by Sierra Leoneans.
She talked about the First Lady’s relentless work on protecting the girl child while empowering women.
She said the Hands Off our girls’ campaign has actually yielded much dividends as more girls are now doing well in the education sector while others have become self-reliance.
She also lamented in the Sanitary pads distribution as working and has helped girls in schools.
The MPs urged the opposition to say the honest truth about the President on his work in developing the country.
