Understanding the importance of international financial aid and partnerships, he meticulously examines the terms of agreements to ensure they are in the country’s best interest.

In his role as the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Oversight Committee on Works and Public Assets, the energetic young leader of Parliament demonstrated robust Parliamentary Oversight functions by overseeing the work of SLRA and other agencies working with the maintenance of roads around the country.
In his Leadership at the Pan-African Parliament, as the delegation leader from Sierra Leone to the Pan-African Parliament, Hon. Silikie has projected Sierra Leone’s interests on the continental stage. His diplomatic skills and in-depth understanding of African parliamentary collaboration enable him to advocate for policies that resonate with Sierra Leone’s development agenda.
