The Salone Men’s National Kabaddi team is set to participate in the 18 nations competing at the inaugural Beach Kabaddi World Cup slated from September 23rd to 28th, 2025.
Meanwhile, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and Sierra Leone will be among just four African countries battling for continental pride in this exciting new global tournament.
The women’s division will see 12 nations compete. Unfortunately, Sierra Leone will not be represented in the female category, with only two African countries having qualified in the women’s bracket.
Tournament organizers have announced that the official draw ceremony will be held on August 23rd, 2025 at the prestigious Glory Beach Resort. Teams are encouraged to send representatives at their own expense.
