 The key midfielder of FC Kallon, Mamoud Fofanah, commonly known as Lampard has sustained a grave injury during a friendly match at the Sierra Leone Football Association ( SLFA) Academy last week.

The game included the home-based of Leone Stars in a heated race against Wilberforce Strikers FC.

The injury of Mahmoud happened during a crucial moment in the game, leaving fans and teammates concerned for the brilliant midfielder’s health.

Fofanah’s skills and pivotal role helped FC Kallon to win many matches.

With the injury, the medical team immediately attended to him and further assessments are to be made by his doctors and coach to determine the extent of his injury and his fitness for the next match.
