On October 10th, 2025, the Kono Student Union (KONSU) organized a Pupils Orientation Program at Fachima Hall, Koidu City. The event aimed to prepare secondary school pupils for the transition into university and college life.

A key highlight of the event was the presence of Musa Beretay Esq., an astute Legal Counsel, Philanthropist, and Youth Mentor. His invitation held special significance, as he is not only a respected professional in the legal field but also a long-standing member and former leader within KONSU. Summer School Coordinator for two consecutive years (2005 and 2006)
Drawing from his background in law and community service, Musa Beretay Esq. delivered an insightful presentation on the theme “The Law, Human Rights, and the Responsibilities of Citizens.” In his address, he highlighted how the law functions in relation to human rights, emphasizing that every right carries a corresponding responsibility.
