An American non-governmental organization with the objective of helping poor communities around the world has on Wednesday 08/11/2023  with support from Hon.Magret Johnson from Kailahun District handed over six bedroom  rehabilitation hospital at Nolahun town, in the Bongne section, Jahn Chiefdom Kailahun District.

In her statement Risa Gold MD, president of Miracle of Help said as a  humanitarian organization she said the need to support the community in rehabilitating the PHU in the chiefdom with a total of six thousand united state  dollars. She commended President Bio for championing the development of the health sector .She urged  the community to take the project seriously.

The member of Parliament representing the people in that part of the country, Hon.Magret Johnson appreciated the work of the organization for helping his people in the health sector. the dynamic MP expressed happiness from the President Bio for making her represent her People. The rehabilitation she said, would help the community in addressing health-related issues.

The MP called on her people to maintain the health facilities and went on to call on the government to award pin codes to nurses working in the Pheerphrial Health Unit.

She disclosed that they have the intention of building a modern hospital for the community to promote and support government initiatives.

The honorable member promised to construct an additional modern toilet  facilities for the PHU

The MP in a separate incident donated NLe 10 thousand leones for the rehabilitation of a community masjid

The PC representing the chiefdom, PC Foday Musa Nyandebo-Gboto ll appreciated the support from Miracle of Help for supporting them with a rehabilitated hospital and acknowledged that they would protect the facilitate.

He called on his community to protect the facilities and use them well

The PC commended the honorable member of Parliament for supporting the  people and went on to call on the government to support them in their project.

DMO  DrFrancis Lassana in the Kailahun District applauded the charity organization for supporting the health sector. Dr. Lassana requested for more support from the organization in order to compliment President Bio on the health agenda.
