Twenty-eight year old Ibrahim Kamara, a businessman made his first appearance before Magistrate Augustine Brima Samura of Pademba Road Court No.8 in Freetown on a count charge to wit larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence, on Friday 6th June 2025 at Fullah Choice, Gloucester Regent Road in the western area in Freetown stole one IPhone 11 Promax blue black in colour valued at ten thousand leones and physical cash of one thousand leones all to the total value of eleven thousand leones (11,000) property of Adama Sesay.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused, no plea taken.
The prosecutor Detective Police Constable 14898 Joseph Lamin Dumbuya sought for a short adjournment date for him to lead his first witness
Meanwhile, Magistrate Samura refused bail and sent the accused to the male correctional facility in Freetown and matter adjourned to the 2nd July 2025.
