Osman Koroma, commonly known as Kosombo, has made little impact.

He is the country at the 2024 World’s Strongest Man Championship held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

He has seen challenges in a bid to achieve an impressive 5th place finish out of 15 competing countries.

However, Sierra Leone’s strongman’s recently met Thomas Daddy Brima; President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) regarding his show in an international tournament and was encouraged to showcase their talent.

President Brima uttered his delight when meet with Koroma and he commended him and his coach for their dedication, wishing them also success.

Koroma had returned and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to compete on the global stage.

He also extended his profound appreciations to President Brima for sponsoring his airfare to the Championship.

He highlighted the important role of such support he received in achieving his success to compete globally.

Meanwhile, the sporting discipline (weightlifting) is faced by fans in the country for its non-performance in international gaming events.
